Windows 7 professional 64bit

All other settings appear to work but, cannot change/select menu style.

Download the Classic Shell Utility from here: http://www.classicshell.net/downloads/
Run it, save a system log file (the first option), and send it to me.

I don't see anything weird with the settings. When you say you can't change the style, do you mean the setting is grayed out and you can't click on different styles, or you can but they have no effect?

Actually, It appears that you have set the Win key, they mouse click, and the Shift+click to all open the Windows start menu. Basically you have disabled all ways to open the Classic Shell menu. Most likely you are seeing the Windows menu and that's why the settings don't appear to be working.
