Please let me know how to see the Start Screen on the latest version of Classic Shell 4.1.0 (I believe, this is the latest version). The earlier Classic version had a Start Screen icon but this one does not.

It depends on your particular setup. Download the Classic Shell Utility from here: http://www.classicshell.net/downloads/
Run it and save the log file. Send the file to me.

Classic Shell is already installed in the Computer. The old version (probably 4.0) was having the Start screen icon. A few days ago, the version was updated to the present version of 4.1.0 and the start screen icon is gone. Instead an icon called "Menu settings" has appeared.

Let me know how to get back the start screen. I am not at all a computer expert and I cannot follow what you are instructing. Please provided simple step by step procedure of getting the "start screen".

Right click the Start button -> Settings to open Classic Start Menu settings. In the search box of the settings, type: screen and check the option: "Show Start screen shortcut".
