"Windows 8 pe" in "Classicshell 4" is a very late run.

"Classicshell 3.51" is quickly executed.

I would like to know the solution.
.....
Win8pese Build

You probably need to register StartMenuHelper64.dll.

You can also try putting a shortcut to C:\Program Files\Classic Shell\ClassicStartMenu.exe in case registering the DLL doesn't help.

Everything seems OK, aside from all processes running as SYSTEM. That's not supported, but by itself is not a reason to fail.

Let's try another test.
Go to "HKCU\Software\IvoSoft\ClassicStartMenu\Settings" and create a new value named "LogStartup". Set it to 1.
Reboot, log in, and wait for 30 seconds.
Go to the folder %APPDATA%\ClassicShell and look for a file StartupLog.txt. Attach the file here.

It appears that the start menu process takes a long time locating the right components in Explorer (70 seconds). It is as if Explorer is not fully initialized.

Do you have a full functioning desktop immediately after you log in? Do you see the desktop and the taskbar?

Do you get a start menu after 70 seconds?

"win8pe" is "Ex7forW8" using
"win7" in the Start menu, taskbar, desktop use.
Anomalous, "pe" capacity will be reduced.
Instead, there are many limitations.
...
"classicshell 3.51", which is to run faster,
Since the version was not properly executed.
So, "ver3.51", like the hope of a quick run.
Even the hidden options... plz

Ex7forW8
(Windows 7 explorer.exe for Windows 8)

Wasn't Ex7forW8 some unofficial project by 'Tihiy' at MSFN which put a hacked Windows 7's Explorer.exe on Windows 8?? I don't think Classic Shell is supposed to officially support it.

The logs show that the start menu runs quickly, but then takes a long time to locate the Explorer process.
It may be because you are using a hacked version of Explorer or it may be because you are using WinPE or it may be because you are running explorer as SYSTEM.
Since you are doing so many unsupported things, there is nothing more I can do to help you.

Ex7forW8 win8pe is not the way I made.
win8pe, for the most part made in this way.

Starting win8.1 pe "ram os" way, the slow increase capacity born.
Instead, a well operated.

but, Pe is Fast and small!
"CS4" a "CS351" when it works as fast as I want.
May be windows7 mode....

i will Without hope
