Classic Shell: Forum

Using version 4.0.2, if I shift-right click on start button to access the default (non Classic Shell) Windows start button properties, the correct menu displays, but I am unable to click any of the options or access the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties menu.

The normal right click functionality without shift-right click works properly. Once I uninstalled Classic Shell I was again able to access the Windows start button properties as normal. I then installed version 3.6.7 and the option works as it should also.

This is on a clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1 with only drivers installed, no additional software.

I will check back periodically here in case I didn't communicate the problem well or there are questions.

I see. I will look into fixing this.
In the mean time you can right-click on the taskbar to access the taskbar settings.

I can repro this on Windows 7 if I right click/shift+right click on the hot corner. Shift+right click on the Start button itself can opens Windows Taskbar Properties.
