Hi

I've installed 4.0 version and after reboot classic shell doesn't start with the system. It doesn't go directly to desktop.
The proccess (ClassicStartMenu.exe) is runing but nothing is happening.
Version 3.6.8 works just fine, version 3.9.5 worked also fine.
I've tried few things but nothing seems to be working.

Version 4.0 differs very little from 3.9.5.
What happens when you press the Win key?
Also, are you able to access the "Classic Start Menu Settings" from the start screen?

What happens when you press the Win key? - modern UI.
Are you able to access the "Classic Start Menu Settings" from the start screen? - no, nothing happens.

I'll try tomorrow few more things. Versions 3.6.8 and 3.9.5 work fine and during installation I didn't have to do anything more than click next.
I didn't have to run as administrator or set something in my firewall (Comodo Personal Firewall or Avira Antivirus).

Btw, just as a standard troubleshooting step, can you check in its Properties if C:\Program Files\Classic Shell\ClassicStartMenu.exe is set to be run as administrator? If yes, then uncheck it. Running as admin is what may be blocking it at startup.

ClassicStartMenu.exe is set to be run as administrator? - no.

Installing with administrator rights - nothing.
Clean install, uninstalling previous version first - nothing.
Installing without antyvirus and comodo - nothing.
Setting in Comodo not to block application and checking to remember the option - nothing.

But after few attempts and many changes comodo asked again about the program.
I clicked do not block and remember and closed the installation and run it again.
And now classic shell starts with system.
