It would be really nice, if you guys can add a Modern UI Icon (visible by default), that takes you to the new screen at the start menu. Other similar solutions do the same and it will be a nice add-on to ClassicShell Menu.

I bring this to attention, because even though there are ways to get there, they are not evident for many end users.

Example:

Check the Windows 8 Menu Icon (This is a mockup). Clicking there will take you to the Modern UI Start screen.

Hope is added in a future release

There are two parts needed for this:
1) A shortcut with the command "ClassicStartMenu.exe -togglenew" (of course you need to use the correct path to ClassicStartMenu.exe)
2) A nice icon

I am not very good at making icons. If you make your own it is trivial to create such menu item.

Maybe this icon can be used for the Start screen?: http://classicshell.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=921 It will make going to the Start screen more discoverable for those who don't know they can create such a shortcut. A double click on the Apps item in the main menu could also do it.

actually i think the one metro already uses would be a nice suggestion
(i attached it, though im sure the resource is on the computer somewhere :P)
plus that way the icon always matches their start screen. (atleast if it reloads that image every time the program loads, it should match the users menu 95% of the time), assuming windows stores that image somewhere, and it isnt just created on demand?

I don't know how to get that image. Also, it is not an icon :) Icons are usually square.

It would be nice to be available as soon as you install ClassicShell, not to create it manually :)

I know is a simple thing, but others like (Start8, pokki and others) are doing that by default

First impression counts :)
