Hi,

We have windows 2012 R2 standard with Classic Shell group policy setting and trying to change the computer name , domain. But the functions change settings and advanced system settings are being locked and can't access. Is this issue of Classic setting group policy?

Classic Shell settings or group policies do not touch Windows settings or group policies in any way.
