To start off, I am not really sure whether this should be classified as a feature request or a bug report. Since, however, ClassicShell does not replicate a functionality exactly, I choose to file it under bug report.
Description:When using any of the two column skins and the Shut Down menu is opened via the navigation keys (arrow keys), it is the top-most item that is selected by default. This is different from what happens in the Windows 7 start menu where it is the bottom-most item that is selected.
Steps to Reproduce- Select any of the two column skins (Windows 8, Windows Aero, etc.)
- Press the Windows Key
- Press the Right arrow key twice. This should open the shutdown menu.
Observed BehaviourThe top-most item (usually
Switch User) is selected by default when the menu is opened.
Expected BehaviourThe bottom-most item in the menu (usually
Sleep or
Hibernate) should be selected by default when the menu is opened by the steps above.
This is the default behaviour in Windows 7. This expected behaviour is reproduced perfectly in Stardock's Start8 and Start10.
