Hi all. I'm having an issue with a similar pretext as the left-pane scroll bug, except it's the right pane.

I did as much searching as I could, I didn't see anyone talking about it, not sure if it's just me and/or a combination of things I have installed.

If I uninstall classic shell, it does go away though :( But I hate the default start menu and I'm hoping there's a fix.

So, I'm on Windows 10. I have classic shell installed, initially just the start menu, but currently I have the classic explorer feature installed as well. I also have DisplayFusion installed.

I tried turning off the automatic color picker option for windows, no avail. Any time I'm in a folder, I am scrolled down and have something highlighted the moment I click into anything else, browser, another folder, game, anything, it scrolls up to the top. I do a lot of file moving and constant reorganizing, and this is really debilitating.

Any ideas what the issue is?

Here's a video of my issue that might do a better job of explaining it. Ignore the blue box, I realized after capturing the video there was a lot of personal info in my folder naming structure so I just blocked it out.

Try disabling Classic Explorer and see if the problem goes away. Basically do the opposite of this: http://www.classicshell.net/faq/#explorer_toolbar

That did it! I thought I tried that, but apparently I did not.

Thanks!! The problem seems to have vanished now :D You rock. I'm donating now. I use classic shell on five computers, it's about time I gave you a little something as a thank you.

Dammit. I spoke too soon. For whatever reason it DID work....but only for like a minute. It's doing it again. I checked and it's still disabled....I have no idea how/why it worked for a couple minutes and then the bug came back again.

If the Classic Explorer addins are disabled and you still have the problem, then it is likely not related to Classic Shell. To be certain, run the installer again and uncheck Classic Explorer.
