When I click on Pictures it doesn't go to the right file location. How do I change it so it goes to the correct file location?

Open Classic Start Menu Settings and go to the Customize Start Menu tab.

Locate and double click the Pictures item to bring up the "Edit Menu Item" dialog. Erase the "Command" field and type the path to where you want "Pictures" to open in the Link field.
