I have three (3) programs pinned to the Start Menu (my browser, Word and The Gimp). I would like for these three items to be links, but instead they are menus (see pic).

I've checked and rechecked all the settings and just can't seem to find where it is that I would change these to be Links instead of Menu items for recently open files within them.

Thank you in advance for any help.

I just now found the solution. I disabled jumplists and that took care of it.
