Hi, I assume there is a switch but I can't find it. I would like to have pure Win10 when I am in Tablet mode and CS default, when I am in Desktop mode of Win10. Isn't his possible?

Actually, there isnt, And I'm surprised Ivo hasn't added it yet. Windows 10 already has a 'tablet mode' flag that I'm sure could be easily checked. (and then the controls could be inverted) IE shift+click to open csm, and click for start menu by default)

Yes this is a simple but nice idea. I think it's not been done yet because until July end, Windows 10 itself was in a state of flux.

Starting with Classic Shell 4.2.5, there is a new setting for the Win key and Start button click to open the Windows Menu when in Tablet mode but Classic Start Menu otherwise.
