If you attach to the start menu recent documents, when accidentally pointing on them/ or trying remove them Explorer reloading, and they remain. From left column ClassicShell start menu settings, they too not removing

Most likely you have a bad file in that folder that is causing a crash when the start menu tries to get its name and icon.

Use the link at the top of this page for instructions how to capture a crash dump and attach it here.

thanks for the tip. This menu can be removed through cleaning default documents, but any new document or file causing the crash.
I couldnot attach dump file here, because pops up the message like "site is not available....."

Looks like the recent folder contained a shortcut to itself, causing infinite recursion. I don't know how it can happen.
What happens if you open the folder in Explorer?

You could open %appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu or %appdata%\ClassicShell\Pinned and delete the shortcut.
