After upgrade Classic Shell to 4.2.1 I cannot access share folder by putting UNC name in Search Box eg. \\ComputerName\Share.
After putting UNC path it starts to search this path in local computer instead to open this UNC path in explorer.

Version 4.0.7 was working correctly

Open Start Menu settings and go to the Search tab. See if you have unchecked "Enable auto-complete".

With or without checked autocomplete the behaviour is the same. But I have put wrong information. It works not correctly only when I put only computer name without share (\\ComputerName). Computer name with share works OK. It doesn't matter it is name or IP address \\192.168.1.100

For now, if you are using the Windows 7 style of the Classic Start Menu, try pressing the Up arrow key to de-select "See more results" after typing the \\Computer-Name and then press Enter. Or another way is to try inserting a \ after the \\Computer-Name and then press Enter although that might make the Explorer window open after a delay.

Thanks for reporting this bug. I checked with Classic Shell 4.1.0 and it works even if you don't put the \ at the end of the \\Computer-Name. A change was made in the version after that where "See more results" is selected by default similar to the Windows 7 Start Menu if nothing is shown in search results. I think that change broke the UNC path behavior.

This is fixed in Classic Shell 4.2.2.
