I have looked through the group policy settings to find a way to disable the Settings Window popup upon first click on the start Menu icon. Is there a way to accomplish that? I haven't had any luck so far.

I have decided to not replace the start button and keep the Windows 8 Button and have set it to Unlocked in Group policy. But when a user clicks on the start button for the first time, the settings window pops up. I would like to disable this occurrence.

Thanks for any hints.
