So I installed ClassicShell and set it up and Windows Explorer worked fine, I set it so the ribbon wouldn't dissapear and it worked like a charm.
When I turned off my computer and turned it back on Windows Explorer stopped working properly.
It only displays content in Favourites and Desktop and it dosen't display stuff like Libraries or Computer/This PC.
But when I downloaded something and it opened up explorer it had all that and when I right clicked explorer and clicked file explorer I had all of it back, but I still get only 2 directories displayed if I just click on file explorer
(Or any of the links in Classic Start Menu)
Is there anyway of fixing this? I really don't want to have to right click Explorer and click File explorer just so I can get to things with ease.
I also tried Re-Indexing the entire C:\ Drive

Favorites and Desktop are the only two top-level items in Explorer. Libraries and This PC are all inside Desktop. You need to open it to see them.

Right-click on the blank area in the navigation pane and you'll see settings like "Show all folders" and "Expand to current folder". Most likely some of them are misconfigured.
