I need disable this menu of rigth click

The whole right click menu cannot be disabled by a single option. You must disable the options in this menu individually.

Go to Classic Start Menu settings (Configurações do Classic Start Menu), enable Show All Settings (Exibir todas as configurações) checkbox at the top. Then go the Context Menu tab (Menu de Contexto) and uncheck "Enable Exit" (Habilitar Sair) and "Enable Windows Explorer" (Habilitar Windows Explorer) options. Click OK.

The Settings (Configurações) item in the right click menu can be disabled from the Registry by adding a DWORD value "EnableSettings" and setting its value data to 0 at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\IvoSoft\ClassicStartMenu. You must log out your Windows user account and login again so the menu will restart.

To hide the "Help" (Ajuda) item, rename or delete the Help file at C:\Program Files\Classic Shell\ClassicShell.chm.
