Clasic Shell does not start up with windows. This is since Windows 10, version 1703 (also known as the Creators Update) |

Download the Classic Shell Utility from here: http://www.classicshell.net/downloads/ (near the bottom) Run it, choose the setting to save a system log, send the log to me. |
