I'm not sure how I've managed to do it (I've been having a nightmare trying to configure Classic Shell) but I seem to have managed to lock myself out of the configuration page for classic shell on one of my RDS servers even when logged in as Administrator. I have no idea where to even begin to sort this, I thought that setting a deny permission on the group policy entry for classic shell would sort it but that's had no effect. I could just uninstall it from the RDS server but I've spent nearly a week now trying to get it configured for users and I'm so close that I really don't want to have to start again. Anybody have any ideas how to sort my issue? |

Download the Classic Shell Utility from here: http://www.classicshell.net/downloads/ Run it, save a system log, and send it to me. |

The settings are disabled via a group policy "Enable settings". You need to disable that policy. |
