Probably, a lot of people have reported this and it's been solved multiple times but does anyone know how to make it so; when you’re playing a game in full screen mode and you click the bottom left of the screen on the start button location it minimizes. How can you prevent it from minimizing? Thanks.

that shouldnt happen, definently a bug; If its for 1-2 specific games, try the following;

toggle between fullscreen and fullscreen(window) a change like this may make the bug dissapear, Just note fullscreen(window) generally suffers from a 3-5% fps performance hit (it also allows you to very quickly minimize/maximize)
Toggle DX 12 mode. its hard to say exactly what combination of hardware/drivers/ and OS version is causing the issue in your specific case. (there are other similarly reported cases, but they have been a constant, and IVO has never been able to pin exactly what was causing it down)

Alternatively; try toggling the 'replace start button' setting in classic shell. sometimes this bug would occur only with the default button, other times only with the custom button. sometimes with both.

Thanks for telling me, I'll test it out the fixes you listed below.
