They jumped to the left side of the window. The toolbar is unlocked, but I can't move them. It happened a few months ago and I don't remember how I fixed it. Windows 10.

This doesn't actually fix it. It used to stay on the right side of the window no matter what size the window. This fix makes it stay a fixed distance from the left of the window. Resizing the window either makes it far from the right side or off the screen if the window is made small enough. This is on win 10. It is still working correctly on win 7. There needs to be something that will make it justify to the right edge no matter the size of the window.

Windows 10 might have screwed up Explorer further then. It's best to stay away from that OS, as it's full of issues that Microsoft hardly ever fixes and constantly piles on more issues due to its "service" model.
