Hello,

Just installed Classic Shell recently, everything works great except for two options - right clicking (the option that enables the right click menu, under Context Menu) and drag and drop (under General Behaviour, one that enables moving things around and on/off start menu).

Obviously I kind of need these features since I'm unable to customize the main section of my taskbar...I'm not sure which group policy disables this. Research found two settings, "Start Layout" and "Prevent users from customizing their start screen" which might be related (https://i-technet.sec.s-msft.com/en-us/itpro/windows/manage/images/starttemplate.jpg) but I don't seem to have either...I'm running Windows 10 and using the latest version of Classic Shell.

I also can't seem to customize the default Windows menu as well, which is odd.

Download the Classic Shell Utility from here: http://www.classicshell.net/downloads
Run it, save a log file, and send it to me
