Ive run the powershell commands to get rid of the apps I don't want like Music or Video. However they still show up in the Classic Menu > All > Apps. They don't work when clicking on them so Im assuming they have been correctly removed but they still show in the menu. Ive tried to reboot ans still shows up. There doesn't seem to be any way to manually remove them from the folder like other folders.

If they show up still it means they were not uninstalled correctly. Maybe they got removed partially. Are you unable to remove them using Classic Start Menu by right clicking the app inside the Apps menu and choosing Uninstall?

Anyway, this is a Windows issue. Looks like the Store apps installation process doesn't yet support transactional operations. If something goes wrong and the uninstallation process is interrupted, your system is busted until the next in-place upgrade of a Windows 10 build - the apps can neither be fully cleaned up nor reinstalled without an in-place upgrade.
