ok i had this service and it was working until my computer suffered a critial failure crash the computer has been fixed but im forced to be back to fractory reset and i need to regain all my programs and stuff.
im trying to regain the classic shell product that lets me have a start button and files working like it did in windows xp or windows seven
but every time i try to down load the services i click the down load link it down loads but as soon as i open the down loaded file and click run it imediately closes down any attempts to apply the classic shell to my computer. im using firefox and im using windows 8.0 im clicking on the link for english down load of 4.1 classic shell how do i get classic shell or do i need to go to a different company to get my start button back

When you download the file, first save it (let's say on the desktop). Then double-click on the downloaded file.
