Hi all,

I'm a new user of Classic Shell, and I have it set (I believe) to not open the All Programs until actually clicked. However, any time I hover over it it opens automatically. I've attached my settings to this post. Any help would be gladly appreciated!

Thanks!

- John

Well, since we're talking about an animation I think that would be a little difficult. But essentially there's an option in Classic Shell to not open the All Programs menu when simply "hovered" over with the mouse. You would need to actually "click" the link to open it, versus just hovering over it. I want to have to click it, but with the options I have below it opens every time I hover over it, but I think I have all of the options correctly set.

Thanks for the help!

Ah, I see. The option "Open automatically" means that the program tree will be opened when you open the start menu (not related to hovering).
If you want to disable the hover, increase the delay multiplier from 200% to 20000%. This will essentially make it too long to matter. It is a multiplier for the main hover time, so if you've set that time to 0 it won't work.
