Hi,

My system is Windows 8.1, Classic Shell 4.0.4.

I've noticed a problem with explorer (now sure with Windows or Classic):
If horizontal scroll bar is displayed (in list file view) double click on a file is not working if click on file/folder in last column. Instead each click of double click is treated as single click. So first the file gets selected and scroll bar moved to it then since scroll bar is moved but second click happens at the same place of the window and next file (next column, the same row) is selected.
So it's not possible to quickly open file or folder - I have to first select a file/folder so that scroll bar gets moved to it then I have to double click on it - to open.

Repro steps:
1. In list file view open a folder with many files/folders - so that several columns are outside the current window and horizontal scroll bar is displayed. Might be usefull to shrink the window for easier reaching the effect.
2. Try to double click file or folder in last column - you'll see that file/folder is not opened but next column file/folder is selected.

Thanks,
Alex

Classic Explorer is just a plugin for Windows Explorer, not a full replacement, so it makes fixes inside Windows Explorer, it doesn't replace it.

What you describe is a well known unfortunate and annoying bug in Explorer since Windows 7 (2009) which Microsoft refuses to fix: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/For ... =w7itproui
