In Windows XP, one can press Win+Tab and Win+Shift+Tab to cycle through the open tasks in the taskbar. Please can this be made possible in Windows 7 by Classicshell?

There is a project called 7+ Taskbar Tweaker using which and some registry tweaking (look at 7+TT's documentation - the keyboard shortcuts page in its help file), you can achieve this. Win+Tab may not be possible because Windows reserves that combination but Win+T or some other custom keyboard shortcut + 7+TT can do it.
