I want the searchbox to search not only in programs menu but in some other locations too.. for example i want to search in progrms + some other additional locations (e.g. D:\PortableApps\Shortcuts\")

is there any way to add some additional locations for searching from the searchbox?

Not possible to add program shortcuts from other places, however you can put that folder with shortcuts somewhere in the start menu. Then the programs will be found.
If instead of shortcuts you want to find EXEs, then you can add them to the system path.

Also if you use Classic Shell version 3.9.0 or later, you can add additional locations containing shortcuts to "Indexing Options" Control Panel. In that case, Classic Start Menu will search those shortcuts but they will be listed under "Files" category in search results, not "Programs".
