I'll try and say it another way. I'm not the best communicator. Ok, here goes.
If I disable the infotips in "Classic style" and "Classic with two columns style",
then the infotips don't show in the menu, or submenus. Good.
If I disable the infotips in "Windows 7 Style", they still show up in the Window's Accessories,
Windows System, Windows Accessories submenus. Bad.
No big deal, just funny inconsistency between the styles.
The other comment I made, is giving thanks for incorporating the infotips, see picture, in the setting up tabs,
eg. "General Behavior", "Customize Start Menu". As these have a different behavior, showing up regardless of settings.
They provide a lot of useful information for customizing the menu.
