I realize this ? may seem out of place but Microsoft suggests that Classic Shell may be the cause of my problem. When I right click on a file or folder & bring up the Context Menu the 'Open With' command is missing. I've tried the normal Registry edits for this type of problem but no luck.
Would sure appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.

Microsoft technical support is not very good. They often blame third party apps for Windows bugs and issues.
You can be 100% sure that Classic Shell does not affect the Open with menu. Try Shift+right click and see if Open with shows up for your file type.

I am a Windows enthusiast and helped a little with Classic Shell's testing and usability/UX feedback.

Thanks to all of you for responding.
Shift, right click does not bring up Open With.
Good suggestion Ivo- I didn't realize my settings would be preserved. I'll try.
