I have Classic Shell 4.3.0 installed on three machines. W10 Pro x32, W10 Pro x64, and W10 Home x64.
On the two W10 Pro machines, when I click "Start > Shutdown", it displays a menu with "Shutdown" as the default, and several other options selectable. On the W10 Home machine, it just shuts down, which is annoying. When I want to restart, I have to Click "Start" and then click the right arrow next to "Shutdown" to get a menu with the options.
The first method is similar to WXP, whereas the second is similar to W7. Is this a nuance of W10, or is there some Classic Shell setting that is different between the three machines?
