can anyone tell me how to disable the all programs hover?
i was really disappointed that there was not a simple "disable" option, seems like a easy thing to add (not that i would know, the most coding i have done is messing about with files in the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games!). I find that I am fighting the hover whenever I need to access all programs!
I have tried the hover delay method but it has no effect for me.
also, apologies if this is in the wrong section.

as I said in my previous post, that option has no effect for me.
I have tried multiple values, reinstalling, rebooting etc. and it all has no effect.
why is there not a simple disable option like for the start menu hover?
