On the Special Items Tab in the settings menu it does not give us an option to add Downloads to our menu as a link, is it possible please that this could be added? Many thanks

You can add any folder to the menu. Here's how: http://classicshell.net/faq/#menu_folder

Thanks for that, I have managed to put the Downloads into the Start Menu, but I don't really want it there, I would prefer it on the right side where all the other links are like Documents, Pictures, This PC etc. is there any way to put it there? Thanks

If you are using the Classic style you can put it anywhere in the menu. Drag it after the COLUMN BREAK item to have it on the right column.
If you are using the Windows 7 style you can only put it on the right.
