Can anyone help me on how to actually add a skin from http://tutoriales13.deviantart.com/art/Orbs-153450418, the one that intrests me is the 6801

1 Download the .rar file on that page
2 extract it
3 put it somewhere the file wont get deleted (I usually put mine in the classic shell install folder)
4 right click your start button
5 click settings
6 Check 'Replace start button' on the Start menu style tab if its not checked
7 Select custom
8 hit pick image
9 browse to the image and select it
10 hit open
11 Hit OK

it comes up as the whole picture not just the one 6801

Don't download the screenshot. There is a button on the right that has a green arrow and says "Download". You have to download the RAR file and then use some program like WinRAR to extract the contents. The file contains 48 individual bitmaps.

When i do that rar and put it right onto the select it covers my whole screen
