All of a sudden it's searching everything BUT the start menu. The only thing I've done in the short term before this started happening was run a Malwarebytes scan and clear my Temp folder. This is a major problem since I open programs with the search all the time and now it's not finding any of them. Has anyone else had this happen?

The start menu folder is searched directly by the code instead of relying on the indexing.
Maybe you unchecked "Search programs and settings" option on the "Search Box" tab of Classic Start Menu Settings?
