There is no single keystroke shortcut for duplicating an item in Explorer. You must use Ctrl+C, then Ctrl+V. At the most you can remap Ctrl+D using an AutoHotkey script to disable it, or make Ctrl+D send Ctrl+C plus Ctrl+V at once. Check out AutoHotkey freeware.
