I've built a new PC and will soon be installing Win 10. One of my first tasks will be to remove Cortana. It is known that removing Cortana disables the FILES & FOLDERS SEARCH function also. My question is, if I install Classic Shell and press the Start button, will the Search box still work for FILES & FOLDERS (on the local machine)? |

Classic Shell's search for programs, settings and files is not affected by uninstalling Cortana. Removing Cortana only breaks the Windows 10 Start Menu. |
