Every time I resize the directory pane for a new directory all of the other directory panes resize to the same dimensions. I cannot get Classic Shell to keep different pane dimensions for each individual directory. I don't know if this is an issue with Windows 8.1 or Classic Shell. I have changed "BagMRU Size" to 15000 in the registry. It made no difference. I use Explorer a lot and this is starting to become a PITA. |

None of the panes in Explorer or their sizes are added/controlled by the Classic Explorer component of Classic Shell. Beginning with Windows Vista, Microsoft changed Explorer such that all pane related settings affect all open windows/folders, so unfortunately nothing can be done about it. |
