Post subject:  Classic Explorer not like Web page
I just installed Classic Start and Classic Explorer on an older laptop running Win 7, 64 bit, SP1. Explorer opens with several command/toolbar lines. I don't see a way to turn these off. See screen shot.

Also there is not status bar at the bottom with # of files, size, etc. This was the primary reason I'm trying this. Do I need any specific Services running? Did I need to make any configuration changes to Windows E before installing this shell?

Classic Start looks good so far.

You can turn off the Classic Shell toolbar from the View -> Toolbars menu.
You can turn on the status bar from View -> Status bar.
The command bar (Organize, Share with, etc) can't be turned off.

Well darn! Thanks, I must have had brain fade when I started doing this. All is fine now.
