Explorer features do not work

Post subject:  Explorer features do not work
I recently uninstalled Classic Shell using Utility and installed version 4.2.4. The Start Menu works as required but I am unable to get any icons/buttons on the Explorer toolbar. I have followed all the steps in the post "What to do when Explorer features of ClassicShell don't work
but without success.

I have attached the log from Utility. Can anyone help by finding the offending item?

Do other Classic Explorer features work? I see you have disabled the breadcrumbs - does it work?

I didn't disable breadcrumbs since I prefer to see the path. At present the full path is shown.

I don't get it. When the breadcrumbs are disabled the full path is shown. I see in the log that you have "DisableBreadcrumbs" set to 1.

Either way, see if that setting makes a difference. It would show if the problem is specific to the toolbar or not.

I have unticked 'show full path' and relaoaded explorer but it still shows the full path.

What full path? A screenshot would be helpful.
