Post subject:  Windows 10 missing ability to change the title bar color

I have Windows 10 Pro on my computer. I have installed Classic Shell and I noticed that one of the things missing from Windows 10 was the colored title bar and borders. On 8.1 you could at least change the title bar color to sync with the chosen background or choose another one. Now there is only a default of white... unless you do some clever name changes in a particular folder.

But, it would be nice if there were a configuration in Classic Shell that would allow you to change the color of the title bar. This info at the link describes how it is done.

Post subject:  Re: Windows 10 missing ability to change the menu bar color

Microsoft has restored the title bar color in an update to Windows 10 which will arrive in November. Classic Shell can't modify it because it is part of the theme. Changes to system settings or theme are outside the scope of Classic Shell.

You can use Winaero Tweaker: http://winaero.com/comment.php?comment.news.1836 to restore it for now.
