That was it! All 3rd party addons were disabled. I enabled them and it's working now. Thank you!!

We have windows server 2012, and even though I have the "disable breadcrumbs" checked in Classic Explorer, the breadcrumbs still appear. Is this a known bug? Thanks! |

It is likely that the Classic Explorer addons are disabled. Follow the instructions here: http://classicshell.net/faq/#explorer_toolbar |
