Hello forum, I am unable to delete scanned pdfs by simply right clicking mouse and selecting delete. Upon first click I receive "File in Use" , "The action can't be completed because the file is open in another program Close the file and try again, I click Try Again, and same response, looks like program is attempting to delete the file and cannot, after about anywhere from 4-10 to clicks of Try Again, it does eventually delete the file. Very annoying, but at least I can still delete, any help is much appreciated.

Well, you need to figure out what program is using that file and close it. It is possible the program froze on its way out, thus you don't see it as a window but it is still there and blocking the PDF. Use the Task Manager to look for any programs that you thought you closed but are still in the list of processes.

BTW, this is not a Classic Shell issue.

I actually found a post in the forums that it's an Adobe issue - I uninstalled and now use Tracker's PDF-Xchange - solved the issue.
