I thought for a moment that both you, and that text, were referring to Classic IE, but even though I had to go via IE's menus, it enabled it in Windows Explorer.

Hi there, I love the Classic Shell suite, in particular Classic Start Menu, but my problem today is with Classic Explorer. The main reason I use it is to stop the annoying scroll bug, but currently, as far as I can tell, CE has no effect whatsoever on my system. None of the settings change anything, I still have the scroll bug, there's no up button, etc, etc. I've just uninstalled and re-installed, an no luck. FYI I also run Display Fusion. Any ideas?
