Is there a way to make the left/right divider bar always visible in Win 8.1? It only becomes somewhat visible when the left pane has enough concent it has to be scrolled. I installed uxtheme and an XP Luna style theme. Whomever designed the user interface for 8.1 should be taken out and flogged. Such a stupid design having everything all white with only the X button having a slight color change to indicate the active window. The Luna theme fixes up the taskbar decent and makes the window borders and titlebars blue. |

The divider is always visible in the standard theme. If you have a custom theme maybe it sets both the divider and the background to the same color. Same goes for the active color - unless you pick gray as your glass color, there should be difference between active and inactive frame. |
