The Internet explorer addon option fixed it. I use Firefox so I had all Internet explorer addons disabled long ago, never knew that had anything to do with windows explorer. Well thanks for the help!

I have classic shell 4.04 installed, classic startmenu runs smoothly, but Classix explorer doesn't run at all. Changing its options doesn't change anything and I can't see its service. It used to run several versions ago, but I haven't checked into why it doesn't run anymore until now. |

Try these troubleshooting steps: http://www.classicshell.net/faq/#explorer_toolbar Also explain what options you are trying to change that don't work. |
