Hello, I'm not sure to post here or on the start menu section. Sorry if I post this on the wrong section.

Does the left side was supposed to be empty? I suppose not. I can't navigate to where I want and it usually happens when I'm installing programs or uploading pictures.

When I want to upload picture on imgur, Steam, and install some programs that window pops up with empty left side.

I'm using the latest Classic Shell, running on Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

This has nothing to do with Classic Shell. The contents of that dialog are controlled by the program that shows it - Steam, your browser, whatever.

Are you sure? This didn't happen before when I wasn't using Classic Shell.

Quite sure. http://www.classicshell.net/faq/#explorer_saveas
The only way Classic Shell may affect that dialog is by adding an icon overlay for folders that are shared on the network. This is a pretty minor feature that should not affect the layout of the dialog.
If you suspect Classic Shell is at fault, uninstall it, reboot, and see if the problem goes away.
