I hope this makes sense.

Is there a way to make the Task Bar opaque? Currently mine is translucent and if I drag a window down under the Task Bar that part bleeds through and makes the TB hard for these tired old eyes to read. I'd rather keep the TB on tap and legible and not worry about seeing what is under it. If that small part is needed I can always drag the window back up.

Thank you.

I was unable to find a way to do it. There must be one though, since Start8 does it somehow.

I do hope you guys are able to find a way to add this as an option to the Classic Start Menu. Currently I'm using the tool GauravK linked to, but it doesn't load as fast as your Start Menu so there's a delay before the taskbar turns opaque.

Interestingly, if I exit Classic Start Menu the Opaque Taskbar also closes for some reason...

Just saw a comment from the creator of "Opaque Taskbar" saying this is what he used remove the transparency:

Just a little tip, if you missed it.

Yeah, I know. I have a working prototype which I hope will make it in the next version.
