My Classic Shell Start Menu updated last week and I've had a bug with the icons in my quick launch menu. After Classic Start Menu updated last week, on my initial boot-ups the icons in that are are very small and distorted - I then right click my desktop to change my screen res to a lower res - I don't accept the change after it pops up and cancel out. After that, my icons are their proper, normal size. I've updated my video card drivers and gone through just about everything...

Windows 7 Pro, up-to-date with Windows updater. nVidia ge Force GT 610 (driver updated). Running a Dell S2440 L at 1920x1080 and Samsung Syncmaster at 1208x1024 (the issue is on the Dell).

Looks like the size of the system icons have changed. Classic Shell does not affect that.
Did you change the DPI?

No, haven't changed anything... except the update to Classic Start Menu last week. A quick change of resolution changes it to the correct size, which I'm guessing just resets the Desktop Window Manager.

I have not seen any reports of Classic Shell affecting the size of the icons or the taskbar.
If you suspect that Classic Shell is the problem, try uninstalling it. See if the problem goes away.

I've uninstalled with no luck. This didn't start until the update...

Well, in that case the problem was not caused by Classic Shell. I'm not sure what else you can try.
