I installed that update but I don't see any problems. If Explorer is crashing, you need to create a crash dump. Here's how: http://www.classicshell.net/forum/viewt ... p?f=12&t=6 |

Are you on Classic Shell 4.3.0 or an older version? |

Reinstalled/downloaded 4.3 to make sure. same issue -- screen cycles rapidly back and forth from Windows to classic shell in a loop not allowing any operation--even hard to uninstall as the cycling is constant. ran Windows Malicious detection-KB890830-x64-V5.50. results all good. tried to create dump but no luck. now running antivirus to check |

This means Explorer.exe is crashing. I know it's hard to recover out of this crashing loop but only a crash dump will allow determining the cause of the crash: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=6 |

The Utility report won't help. Only a crash dump (if you can capture one) while Explorer is crashing would give some idea of what's crashing it. I know it's difficult to capture a crash dump when it's a crashing loop you can't get out of but try all the methods listed there: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=6 |
